- Commentary in Korean: by order of arrival, must register at the reception desk on the first floor at least 5 minutes before the beginning of the program.
- English, Japanese, and Chinese available: Book at least 3 days in advance via telephone (T:064-800-2114)
- Maximum people per session: 30 for the exhibition hall

There are no restrictions on photography of the exhibitions on the first and second floors.
However, you need permission before using a flash to avoid causing discomfort to other visitors.
Please note that taking photographs/videos of shows at Theme Halls is prohibited.
We offer a discount to one guardian per disabled person.
For our main exhibitions, we have audio commentary in Korean, English and Chinese.
The leaflets are available in four languages: Korean, English, Japanese and Chinese.
Yes, we have a parking lot that can hold 338 vehicles. Parking is free.
(230 spaces for regular cars, 72 extended spaces, 22 spots for buses, and 14 spots for vehicles transporting the disabled)

We will reply as promptly as possible.
This will vary depending on the visitor, but in general, it takes 1.5 – 2 hours to look around the exhibits at the Aviation Hall (1F) and the Space Hall (2F).
If you are also visiting the Theme Hall and other facilities, allow for a total of 2.5 hours or more. Refer to the following table for the program running time at the Theme Hall.

We have an outdoor multi-purpose square. We do not have a lunch area inside.
Please note that carrying/ consuming food into the exhibition halls is prohibited.
To help you better understand our permanent exhibitions, we have 100 audio guide devices, available in Korean, English, Chinese and Japanese.
Exchange your ID card for a device at the information desk on the first floor. These are offered on a first come, first serve basis.
